Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Please email us at hello@jenlet.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days.

 

Warranty

We proudly offer a 2-year warranty on all our jewelry.

If your item breaks, tarnishes, or shows unexpected damage under normal use within 2 years of purchase, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.
